About the Practice Principal

Serengeti Premier Consulting is led by Edmond Lyatuu, a returning citizen who spent 14 years studying and working abroad before coming home to Tanzania in 2010 to found what is now Serengeti Premier Limited. With 20+ years of strategic organizational development practice — and continuous in-country delivery since his return — Edmond has built institutional capabilities, designed performance management systems and competency frameworks, and led executive development programs for leading private-sector, public-sector, and NGO clients across Tanzania and East Africa. His work is grounded in globally proven OD methodology, translated for the specific regulatory, cultural, and operational realities of this market.
